"I'd rather owe it to you than cheat you out of it."

Henry, the Chef

A while ago I suggested some ideas of what to blog about.  One of the blog post suggestions was "bragging" about your family, house, car, projects, etc.  because we want to know about your adventurous life, you know.  Well since I don't talk enough of my own kids I've decided to brag about someone else's.  It's all about cousin Henry.

I always remember seeing pictures of him showing his preference of staying near his Mommy.  As an "attachment" to his mother (and there are plenty of photos of it around here) he demonstrates us that he's a loving, tender and well mannered boy.  Also as I've seen him at family reunions or on visits to the grandparents' house, he has left me the impression of being a very active, sweet kid.  He's always into something that includes fun in mobile ways.

Today I found these candid, cute little treasures between our family pictures.  He's doing a cooking demo here.  These photos are conclusive proof of how he's following his Taylor roots.  He enjoys working in the kitchen!  It shows that among all the talents that run in the family, cooking skills come naturally to him.  (Somewhere Grandpa Keith must be smiling.)

Everyone knows that Taylor men like to help with the meal preparation, especially when bacon is on the menu.  And of course the ladies of the family love the idea of having another generation take over the cooking!  So we can raise our feet up and take over the TV's remote control.  Now if we could just get them to do the cleaning too...

Hail to the little cook!

Yep, uncle Jeff.  Henry has mastered the skills of being a pure Taylor boy!

"... burn stuff" sounds too familiar. Someone's providing him with the matches, and I bet isn't Mom.

I can't wait until Andrew starts to develop the same symptoms.  Luckily by that time, we'll be living in the country side, maybe a farm so the police don't show up THAT often.  Right, Mrs. Taylor?  :)

Keith asked today if we could remember the 22 when we go fishing, so when the fishing is slow we can shoot the pot guts.  Also "after we shoot, could we open them up and look inside like we do to the fish."
