Clyde, Keith and I attended the opening ceremony for the new Paraguayan Consulate recently opening in Dallas. Also in attendance were Dallas city officials, local business leaders, the Paraguayan Ambassador and other diplomatic officials from many different countries. When meeting the Canadian Consul Keith said to him, "Gee, you Canadians aren’t nearly as pasty-faced as I had heard."
