dear family and friends,
hello, how are you? this is rachel: r-a-c-h-e-l from texas.
today i got gooood news for you! for a loooong time my sisters and me have a favorite computer cartoon. it is called making fiends, i love the title already. here is the news, some tv people are doing a tv cartoon to be seen on the tv channel soon.
It is about two little girls, while the sweet one is trying to make friends, the mischievous one is making fiends and plans to get everyone in trouble. one is blue and the other one is green. their names are CHARLOTTE, the sweet and really cute one, and VENDETTA, the heartless and mad girl. i don't know why she is that way. she is mean for no reason! when i am sick i am cranky all the time, maybe she has tummy ache every day.

you will see it on nickelodeon. the first episode will start on october 4, on a saturday morning. but don't worry when you are waiting for this day you can see all of the 20 original episodes in their website, or maybe play a couple games there. the halloween game is my really favorite one, it is not scary just fun to play for about 2 or 3 hours. it is perfect to leave your mommy and siblings alone too.
i hope you enjoy it as my whole family does it. daddy do not say anything but i knoooow he like it too.
love for every one. see you later.

The background: Making Fiends is an animated series created by Amy Winfrey. It was originally a web cartoon and was aired online from 2003 to 2006. Since it became so popular (probably due to our girls' hundreds of visits per day), Nicktoons channel agreed to make a TV incarnation that starts this coming October. The Making Fiends' creator is an accomplished artist and animator. She has many of her works published and a lot of experience from series like South Park (this might explain why each of her characters have the similar rounded features in the face and body.) Also she has other Internet-based shows like Big Bunny, Muffins Films and related games that are very entertaining for the kids to play. You don't need to wait for the world premiere, you can check it out: http://www.makingfiends.com/ or http://www.amywinfrey.com/
The truth: This is one of our favorite Internet shows for several years now so this announcement is great news for our family. We actually just spent the whole day in front of our computer watching every single episode of Making Fiends, B.B, M.F, played the games - of course, and more. All of these were done while we consciously neglected our meal schedules, soccer practices, and even homework. School-related stuff can wait: that's how much we love this animated work! By now, you're probably guessing that this kind of recommendation can only come from our non-sense, crazy minds, and you'd be right! But you can't judge our taste until you give it a try. Right!?
