    Now that it's not a billion degrees outside we took the kids to spend a Saturday afternoon at the Dallas Arboretum. It is really an amazing place.   • Happy 4th Rachel Day

    Rachel was born 4 years ago today. It was a Sunday. We knew it was time to go and called Keith and Marti. They came over and took Claire and Helen off our hands so I could run Clyde down to the hospital. Clyde was in a lot of pain: labor, headaches, nausea - the works.   • Fort Worth Alliance Air Show

    On Saturday, September 30 we took the kids to the Fort Worth Alliance Air Show. It was a two day event, but we just attended for one afternoon. We walked around several of the planes on display including eight or so F-16’s, an F-18, F-15, A-10, C-130 and more. We also saw the major show of the day performed by the USAF Thunderbirds.
